The Epoxy Insulated Load Break Switch offers a reliable and environmentally friendly solution for switching and isolating loads in medium-voltage power distribution networks. Using solid epoxy insulation and vacuum interruption technology, the switch eliminates the need for SF₆ gas while delivering high dielectric strength and dependable performance.

Designed for 12 kV and 24 kV systems with up to 630 A breaking current, it features a fully enclosed, durable construction suitable for demanding outdoor environments. The switch can be operated manually or remotely, allowing easy integration with modern control and automation systems, while its lightweight, maintenance-free design ensures long-term reliability in overhead distribution applications.

 The Epoxy Insulated Load Break Switch is used in medium-voltage overhead distribution networks to safely switch and isolate electrical loads. It is commonly installed on distribution poles at network sectionalising points, feeder lines, and connection points for renewable generation or industrial loads. Its reliable switching performance and optional remote-control capability make it suitable for both manual field operation and automated network management systems.
