Made for Demanding Environments

Insulect instrument transformers can be used in electric power networks, industrial plants, petrochemical facilities, rail systems, and the metallurgy sector, where precise measurement, metering, and protection are critical. The product range includes 35–500 kV oil-immersed current transformers, SF₆-insulated current transformers, capacitor voltage transformers (CVTs), electromagnetic VTs, and GIS-integrated gas-insulated VTs, each designed for outdoor, high-voltage, and high-pollution environments. These transformers support functions such as revenue metering, relay protection, power quality monitoring, PLC communication (CVTs), and reliable isolation of high-voltage systems.

Accurate Measurement & Reliable Protection

Modern high‑voltage networks require transformers that maintain precision while withstanding harsh outdoor conditions, high fault currents, and long cycles of operation. Our instrument transformers eliminate measurement error, prevent insulation breakdown, resist temperature and pollution stresses, and ensure stable performance through advanced insulation systems—such as oil‑paper capacitor insulation, SF₆ gas insulation, and shielded electrode structures. They provide long‑term sealing, low partial discharge, and high thermal/dynamic current capability, ensuring reliable metering and protection under severe electrical and environmental stress.
