The Qualitrol AKM 44612 and 48471 are top mounting bi-metal thermometers with temperature indication and a reset-able maximum temperature pointer.
Most models can be screwed into a pocket (well) that allows units to be exchanged without draining the tank. Made of corrosion resistant materials for long life and high accuracy performance.
Accurate temperature indication with rugged, low profile design
The 44611/48471 Series transformer thermometers provide temperature indication where the point of measurement (the well or pocket) is on the top of the transformer and can be readily viewed.
These models are weatherproof to IEC 529 protective class, IP54 standards and Nema 3S rating. They provides accuracy within ±2ºC and a dampened element provides smooth pointer movement.
Corrosion resistant materials and design long life
The thermometers have stainless steal housing and flange to withstand harsh environments, along with a UV stabilised moulded polycarbonate lens for easy, scratch-resistant viewing throughout the life of the unit.
Quickly see the current and maximum temperature
The temperature an be read easily from a distance thanks to the large pointer. All models feature dust proof, vented design to prevent moisture from accumulating under the lens, keeping the dial face clear for optimal viewing. A re-settable maximum pointer indicates the highest temperature since last reset.
